Went out last night drinkin & partying with my boys & some chix. Kicked ass in beer pong. All the good ish. I didn't knock out until like 5am and was up at like 11am. Woke up still tipsy, hella tired, & my stomach feeln queezy. I tried 2 eat but my stomach wasn't havn it.

Was this a hangover or just lack of sleep and no food in my stomach?

I think hang overs are from dehydration. You will know if you have a hang over. You feel like complete shit and your head will be pounding. It sucks!

Hangovers are from your body tryin to get all the alcohol out of your system.. It drains all the water outta you at the same time. If you drink a ton of water before you pass out it helps a lot. Hangover days are fun tho aren't they? Haha. Welcome to the big leagues T [Razz]
