i bought my kids a 360 for christmas and just the other day it will not power on- no red ring no anything. any suggestions?

Also try resetting you power plug. Actually is the light on your power plug green or orange? But if you call that number they will run through a few tests. But one is to reset your power plug.

send it in if bought it at christmas it should still be under warranty. call them and they send some packaging to mail it in.

Actually there is a known issue with power supplies so you should be good. Although the tests over the phone may fix the issue.
