Or maybe it has for a while. Its been a few months since I tried selling anything.
First I listed my projector and it sold for $566 then I got an e-mail from ebay saying the bidders account was being used fraudulantly and that my item has been removed. I couldn't find it, couldn't relist it and couldn't second chance offer it. So then I had to start all over and this time the ending auction for it was $320. I clearly stated in my auction NO OUT OF COUNTRY SHIPPING. So what happends?? Some fucking idiot in the UK bid the $320 and wants me to ship it to somewhere in California. Here is my response.
Your fuckin kidding right!? You've already been reported as soon as I saw where the ship to address was. My auction CLEARLY stated no shipments outside the USA. Also who in their right mind would ship something paid for in one country and ship to another?! Ebay will be contacting you shortly or simply suspending your account. Either way go fuck yourself and thanks for wasting my time.

There are a LOT of 419 scammers on ebay (and craigslist). They don't really police that.

You have to take the good with the bad, it just seems like the bad is getting worse now. Hey, at least you didn't ship the item and have the money taken back because the account wasn't legit. I've read about people that have had the money just pulled from their PayPal account because some dumbshit fell for a phishing scam and had their account hijacked..... they are stupid enough to give their account information away then you get screwed by having to give the money back. I also just got an email saying eBay is going to only allow buyers to receive positive feedback! If some jerkoff waits forever to pay or screws with a buyer you can't give him a neg..... your right, ebay suck.

That is why I don't deal with fuckin paypal.
And ebay is going to shit.

Okay so I sent a second chance offer to the guy before the UK fucker. He actually paid for the item and has a confimed. Should I ship it out right away or wait. I've been on ebay for years and have like 300 transactions but now I'm worried to mail it. This is my last transaction for sure using ebay. Homeboy has only 3 transactions. Should I wait a day before mailing it out 2 days? Is there a time limit before they can NOT pull the money back from my account? I think I'm done with paypal pretty soon too. I can't afford to get jacked.

I wouldn't take any chances.
My parents just sold an old classic car on ebay and the auction CLEARLY states "$100 dollar deposit due within 48 hours end of auction" so what does the guy do? Not leave the deposit. They also put in the ad "DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T HAVE PAYPAL" so it seems this guy is making up his own rules now.

if its confirmed than ur good to go. u can always transfer funds to ur bank account an takes 3-5 days. but i think ur okay. I've been doing paypal alot an havent had any problems.

if i use pay pal i dont ship anything off until it clears my pay pal...and then i wait a few more days until it clears my acutal bank... only if it a big priced item.. then i ship...
