Good luck. I think Don has this covered and uses an OEM heater core.

My price couldn't possibly by driven down. By all means keep your post please. I stand behind my quality of work and know how long it takes to be done right. Everyone who has had me replace their core knows the quality of my work as well. If you want to do it for less, goodluck with that. When you say you don't want anyone to get butthurt are you just starting drama, I mean, WHERE IS ANYONE IN ANY WAY ANNOYED OR BOTHERED BY YOUR POST? Why even say that, LMFAO.

That cost also includes parts. A OEM ford heater core is 70$ and for the 3 OEM hoses its 40$. So 250-110= 140$ in labor for a pain in the ass job.

When it's had less than 500 miles put on it since then, I didn't really see a need for it. [Wink]

I agree, no need for it. I dont even have a heater box in my track car no need for it as it will never see the street and if it did by accident, it wouldnt be anytime Id need defrost or heat, that is for sure. It had a new heater core and hoses in it, but I took it out and gave it to my dad. Extra weight that I dont need.

Your car, different story I know.
