basically im lookin into a cam pretty soon once my tranny is done and i want to know if i can run 19s with an E or F cam. plus all my bolt ons which are cobra intake, bbk CAI, 75mm MAF, 70mm TB, 1.7 rockers. bbk headers, hi flow catted H, underdrive pulleys and an adjustable fuel regulator

they will be ok but why install a E/F on a stock headed car? you won't see much improvement

because it sounds good ... i got a ecam and stock heads every little bit helps

yes, had an E and F cam with stock fuel system ran great

I believe that NA car's are good to about 300 HP with the stock injector's. You still have the stock fuel pump in the tank? Valve spring upgrade would'nt be a bad upgrade either.

I have an ecam in my jeep and it works good with 19lb injectors. I want to upgrade to 24s soon though.

I thought it was 350..? Anywho, I had 19lb injectors with TW heads, E-cam, GT-40 intake, stock fuel pump. Only had the adj FPR and ran them for about 4 years.
