Back in the middle of march i recieved a speeding ticket on the east bound side of the san mateo bridge by a chp hidding in the turn out lane....
81 MPH ![[BS flag]](graemlins/bs_flag.gif) i was in my tired a$$ work van with over 175K miles on the ticker and over 3000 LBS of concrete in the back. Not to mention i was being passed and my van isnt capable of that speed....
Fought by mail and LOST because the defense and evidence i provided wasnt read correctly by the court official ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif) dumbass!
So tonight Im headed to court for my Actual apperence due to my appeal. With a stack of MORE stuff to presesnt, and a line of questions for the chp so that i can hopefully prove him wrong/ or inconsistant and get dismissed.... For once i actually wasnt speeding, but damn this has been a pain. Wish me luck, i need it...I drive for a living ![[Eek!]](eek.gif)

chp was sick and didnt show.... his other chp "brothers" said he wanted a continuence(told to the judge), i was like NO, if id been sick i STILL would have been expected to be here, no double standard. Dismissed!
