Hi guys,
Maybe some of our Caford's Network Administrators have encountered this before. So here's the deal.
Recently we upgraded all our users from the Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Now we have Exchange 2007 and cannot send an email to one of our senior clients in Japan. My VP has brought this to my attention recently and told me to figure out whats going on.
** We were able to send emails back and forth with this client when we were on Exchange 2003 server ***
This is the error described exactly it shows (i replaced some context with xxx's to hide identity of those involved).
