This is hands down the BEST alignment shop ever. Customer service is great. Joe Silva (owner) is a stand up guy. He went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed and even gave me a ride to the train station so I didn't have to call a cab. They installed my MM cc plates and aligned my car. My car drives great and now I dont need to worry about my new tires wearing unevenly or my car drifting. Custom Alignment is great business with impeccable customer service and technical expertise to match. These guys know their stuff.

I have always had a great experience with them and never, ever felt weird leaving my car there.
They can be on the pricey side but worth every penny IMO.

Probably close to double or triple what you paid but you get what you pay for.

Exactly. They have a great reputation but it will cost you.
Actually they are a great place to get tires mounted and balanced too. Did a great job on mine for around the same price as America's Tire

Sure, I could of saved some money by getting the cc plates elsewhere and having them installed by a side mechanic, but I didn't have the time for all that. I've been moving and working non-stop and I needed to get my daily driver up to par after the front LCA, swaybar end links, and new wheel/tire combo install. I didn't mind paying a little extra to have them wrap this up for me ASAP-worry free. Plus they addressed other issues and concerns I had without a problem. No worries here, I'm a 100% satisfied customer

what I tell you?
My car has been in the garage for months awaiting a free day that I can make the 70 mile trek to custom alignment.

they are great, but damn expensive. i took my old silverado there that was slammed to the ground dropped 5/7. i couldn't find any place that could get it on an alignment rack or one that i would trust. i finally gave custom alignment a call and setup an appointment. 3 guys stopped whatever they were doing so they could get my truck up the ramp so NOTHING would scrape or hit on anything. i was totally impressed.
any car that you wouldn't want fucked up and want it treated like it was a show car, take it there. just don't complain about the price .
