hmmm,different i like it! would the motor bolt up to a regular AOD or v-8 t-5 tranny or would it be better to try to make the SC t-5 tranny fit in a stang?! put the IRs rear in it as well?! [ June 18, 2007, 03:57 AM: Message edited by: Camaro Kid Z/28 ]

Ok wait. So what am I lookn @? Is that a thunderbird sc motor in a sn-95?

the T5 bolts up just fine...but why do that???..seems like youre going backwards in power and innovation...

I thought about doing that when I had an S/C Thunderbird. I was thinking of using the independant 8.8 too, but I was broke so I couldn't make it happen. Glad to see someone pulled it off.

If you had that motor/swap laying around and wanted to save some money it would be cool.
Otherwise I'd just S-trim the regular 302 and get more HP with a LOT less work!
