Topic: Pioneer deck w/Ipod users, need some help

I know we have a few guys on here that are big car audio nuts.
this is on a DEH-4800MP
I'm having a bit of an issue, I installed the deck correctly and its playing music from the Ipod... this is gonna sound bad, I can switch artist, but when it plays the 1st song, it wont go past it! It will just keep repeating it. If I try to forward to the next song, it will just fast forward.

I'm pretty sure its not, I'll double check tho. It's pretty much pissing me off, the deck is cool, I just cant get the damned thing to control the Ipod correctly.

is your pioneer a touch screen control?
when the ipod controls pop up on my screen their are options like repeat, repeat one, shuffle, etc. check those I've had weird thing happen when the battery was disconnected.
also on your ipod itself is the lock button on? that may cause some of your problems with your deck not being able to fully control all the functions.

nah, mine's not a touch screen.... saving that one for the cobra ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
It's a single din setup, and I made sure to take the lock off the Ipod... I'm sure its gonna be something either really simple I just missed, or its gonna be in the deck's crazy control scheme
