Well i just got a ticket and i need any solutions or help on ways to fight it. I came to a complete stop at a stop sign going on to a main street. And i go out and instead of getting in the right lane from the stop sign. I went over to the far left lane. I went about 20mph with no oncoming traffic and i get a ticket for a unsafe start. The officer said she heard my tires sqweaking and my engine rev really loud. Which none of those even happened. I just went to the far left lane and got on it a little bit but didnt speed. any help would be great.

Your best bet would be to show up on the ticket date and hope the officer doesn't show up.
If he does show up it's essentially his/her word against yours (the officer usually wins). If you have any witnesses to when you got the ticket that might give you some leeway but that's all I can think of.

screeching tires would usually mean tire tracks, go back to the scene of the crime and take pictures, just in case it is your word against theirs.
