ok..so i just bought a brand new house in El Dorado Hills a couple months ago and now i'm buying another one in West sac this weekend..This house should be done right around April or may. If anybody needs a house to rent, let me know. It's a brand new 3bd, 21/2 bath and a 1 car garage. I can work with you on how much rent is going to be. let me know if you're interested....thanks..
