ok so im gettin a little pissed now...FIRST when my uncle dropped the '02 motor in..there was a misfire on cylinder #1..fixed that problem. got some MIL's fixed the CEL problem. NOW starter goes out...luckily i had another one in the garage. Installed the other one yesterday morning. running fine. NOW battery gauge is dropping and rising when i put the foot on the gas..which means...i need a NEW alternator now...good GOD this is irritating!! ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

I hear ya, I just began to reinstall my tranny only to find out I didn't have the clutch disk lined up perfectly (cheap ass plastic Taiwan made alignment dowel slipped). Out came everything from the bellhousing forward. (Oh well, kept me away fronm the wife for a while.

well if the alternator isnt charging the battery then its going to be mighty hard to start the car with a dead battery...
