anyone use Gakic? I have only been able to do about 5-6 reps on my max bench, and same with shoulder presses. I hear gakic increases strength 10% .

I use to work at a store that sold that stuff and i have a lot of stuff in my garage still sealed an not expired i have 3 boxes of nitrix no xplode cell mass muscle milk, redline pills, trim spa, ripped fuel extreme, zantrex 3, relacore and a lot of other stuff for cheap if anybody is interested,

I just got back into working out again in middle of december, and I was gonna use no explode just to get started then use a cell mass to maintain is that the right path?

Its actually suppose to be a combo thing where you use no-xplode before you workout and cellmass after your workout but while being on nitrix to oprtimize your workout. All those things together make the mass stack. But you should also be on a muti vitamin to keep you body balanced and a protein shake here and there wouldn't hurt either.
But yea man if you need it i have the entire thing along with a muti vitamin for half the sticker priced if your interested and thery are all sealed and not expired.

my roommate did that combo at the same time. it worked great for him. I have a cycle of 1AD/1,4 andro to use this spring, nuts to nitrix

I used gakic back in November/December... One of its claims to fame is that your supposed to feel an immediate increase, first time, first set sort of thing... I did indeed notice a difference, slight increase on weight but mainly on the explosiveness of the reps..but now that im off supplements i've noticed almost no difference in amt. lifted, but i do get worn out a little faster.
BTW: Max of anything, bench especially, is something that you can do maybe a couple of times.... If your doing a certain weight 5-6 reps unassissted, thats not your max.

No explode for preworkout energy boost, muscle milk for your protien. Mint chip muscle milk mixed with water tast better than any milk shake I have ever had! Taste so good! Adding a testosterone to these 2 is goos also.
