Had em build my tranny in April,1300$,lost overdrive in November. Its still under warranty.Took it in on Wedensday the 6th.They told me it would be ready today, thats 8 days,a long time to blow off a warranty job.Called today and they said it wont be ready till Monday or Tuesday now.I work in a shop and i know this is [BS flag] ,you dont push warranty on the back burner like that. Two weeks is an unacceptable turnaround time on a warranty job.Plus they have been VERY rude. Its like they already got my money so fuck me.What a crappy way to run a business.Just want to warn you guys to not go there, what a bunch of unprofessional a-holes.Plus ive already referred 3 of my buddys there who had theyre trannys built with them, never again.

Thats [BS flag] Its so hard to find a shop that will do decent work without being a-holes and not charging you an arm and a leg.

Wow thats weird Ive been using SMI(Shift Management) for quite a few years and they have always been helpful, really cool people to deal with and a very FAST turn around even if they arent getting paid to do it.......They have setup my converter(s) for me for no charge on a few different occasion(easliy could have charged me) and have had it back to me in a day or so.You may have caught them on a busy week,it happens.
