So i heard the only way to do the GT500 brakes on the stock 08 Bullitt rims is with a 1 inch spacer. I have a few questions. Since it will push the wheel out 1 inch will I need 1 inch spacers int he rear the wheels look even? What are the disadvantages of have spacer on a car?

thanks

Wider is better [Big Grin] I think you should definitely put spacers on the rear wheels too if you're going to have them on the front. I'm not sure how wide the rims are, but 1" in the front might poke those out "lowrider" style [Razz]

I have 1" in my rear right now on an SN95 and the stance is pretty mean [burnout]

handling will go to shit, avoid spacers at all costs if you aren't doing it for looks.

I didnt feel a difference in handling when I slapped on my rear spacers. I have the bolt-on hub centric type from MM and they work great. Thet look even better [Big Grin]
