car starts with starting fluid but will not stay running also is getting fuel up front and constant power to injectors but will not start without starting fluid could have something to do with injectors?

Check the pressure.. make sure the fuel pump is holding pressure.. do you hear it prime when you turn the key? Best thing to do is hook up a fuel pressure gauge on the Schrader valve and make sure you have enough pressure and that the fuel pump is able to maintain the pressure..

thank you have checked fuel pressure and spark although have found that my injectors have power but they are not pulsating what could be the issue there?

I believe injectors get pulse signal from distributor

If it was the PIP in the distributor then it wouldnt start when he sprayed the starter fluid.. check your TPS voltage.. if its maxed out and mot adjusted properly then it will prevent the injectors from pulsing..
