I just got back into a 5.0 but I was what parts are interchangeable between 88-93 with my 94 gt looking to make it go fast it already has diff gears and suspension looking to get long tubes and intake manifold.

You could use everything from one to the other, what you trying to swap? If yiur trying to go fast you could put aluminum heads, bigger cam, it has its own specific mass air, fuel pressure regulator, and make sure to get specific 94-95 longtube headers for the egr bung.

Ok so cam heads and intake manifold all work but just long tubes change

yup, make sure to get a intake elbow with a foxbody intake.
