street/strip 96gt, already have TeamZ rear relocated uppers, DA lowers, strange 10way adjustable, and TeamZ stock location drag springs. Going to be ordering the TeamZ metal matrix k-member, A arms, and coil overs. Going to be running strange 10ways up front but need to select a spring rate for the coil over. Also I've heard of rims rubbing on the spring with to wide of a front wheel? I have OEM 18x9.5 2000 cobra Rs, will I have clearance issues?

I have the 14" spring setup but I read team z said most racers are moving away from 14" springs and having great results. Spring rate will depend on a few factors. With your setup I would probably run a 175 or 200.

for drag racing 12" 150/lb. will depend on the front end weight too, for a smother ride I went with 175/lb with good results
