Have a 04 cobra that was recked from behind. Engine and transmission are fine

Looking for a experienced mechanic that can swap everything into a v6.. Fuel lines, all the harnesses, transmission, engine everything basically.

Thank you

Put it in a 86-93 Mustang so you can fly.

Everything is bolt and go, you may need to replace a couple rivets. Wise Man say ,it's never your car unless you've worked on it.

+1

Been there. Wanted to swap a 99 Cobra drivetrain.

Plan for:

2 Days to Strip The Cobra
2 Days to Strip the V6
1 Day for Suspension + Brake / Fuel Lines / Tank
1-2 Days for wiring the interior and putting it together
Up to 1 Day to drop in drivetrain and connect it depending how you take it out / tools on hand
Finally another 1-2 Days to connect everything, swap body parts, last minute stuff you missed.

Assuming color is different and you want to repair....

2-4 days stripping the paint and preparing it for a body shop.

Money saved: $1000 +

Good luck. Shame about the Cobra.

Appreciate the feed back fellas

Wish I had the time to get down to it and handle business.

Been tossing around the idea of dropping it all into a fox body!

Thanks again!
