I'm thinking of running a stock 5.0 short block with world jr heads, e303 cam, systemax intake, and a 70mm TB Would this be a compatible setup?

You'll make around 280 with that set up. Cam will hold you back some.

That's what I thought, but I'm trying to keep it smog legal

You can get a smog legal custom cam. Way better than having a off the shelf cam and it's only like 100 bucks more.
