They will fit but you won't be able to hook up the air injection to the front

Thats the EGR right? Will that affect anything?

U can delete it but it will throw a CEL shouldn't have much other affect than that lol,to be honest 96/98 cobra longtubes are a PITA to get the air injection tubes to fit anyway AND there not smog legal so most guys delete the egr bs for the time being until smog is due again..
