So we are doing a efi conversion on my buddyz 85 GT.. We have the complete motor, harness's, and everything out of a 86.. Everything is ready to go except we cant figure out hw to make the kickdown cable work..

Originally his kick down was manual and we got an efi kickdown cable.. BUT the fittings aren't the same..

SO my question is, how do i make the stock 85 auto trans work with this efi setup??

any help is appreciated!!

A few compaies make a bracket for carbs but I'm not sure if it'll work with that cable. Google tv cable corrector. Lokar makes a nice cable too but its probably not cheap. Also, its critical you get it adjusted right or it'll smoke the trans
