Hi there, I'm new to 302 5.0's and have generally known turbo'd rotaries and turbo I-6's...this is my first V8.
Just picked up a 1991 Mustang GT with a healthy sounding drivetrain.
Just wanted to know if you guys can spot anything NOT stock/OEM in the engine bay -
The intake manifold doesn't look stock because the top-plate looks like a different color/finish? Or do they all just look like that? I'm still learning how to differentiate between the different types.

Yes it looks 99.9% stock minus the oil cap.

bone stock. if you want to get a good junkyard upgrade get a V8 explorer GT40 intake looks like this and they come with GT40p cylinder heads.

Looks like you have an accel distributor cap that's not oem
