Just finished my complete 03 cobra conversion. Car has a base tune for all of the mods. Problem is it has low rpm hesitation and is getting like 5mpg. I have changed frps 3 times checked fpdm. Fuel pump duty cycle is 28% at idle and goes up with throttle. The fuel pressure is very in accurate says 100psi at idle and fluctuates from 100-240psi. Fuel pressure lowers whenever I turn left and raises to 240 psi while turning right. What else couldit be? I have also pulled fuel line from rail when key is turned on pumps run then turn off like they are supposed to

does it only miss at idle?
