I only have 10-15psi at my gauge when key is on, car will crank and start by die off immediately. I have a kirban adjustable regulator, 24lbs , and stock pump *have my upgrade, just need to install*.

When vacuum is removed at the regulator when car is running, the psi drops to 30-35psi and was not at my set 40psi,

Would my pump be my problem?

Added info, my pressure still holds after turning off the key, holds at about 15-20 and doesn't immediately drop off.

Last night my car was running. But at idle, it started it bog out.

•I went to adjust the idle and TPS to specs.
•Then went to adjust my Fuel pressure, I had it adjusted to 40PSI before, but with the vacuum removed, it was jumping around at 25-30PSI.
•I shut off the car and went to bed
•when I went to start the car in the morning, it would crank and catch, but would die immediately.
•my fuel pressure with key on it only has about 10-20psi of pressure.

Hope this is more informative.
