I'm looking to buy a remanufactured 4.6 2v PI motor over the summer. Does anyone reman motors locally, or is ebay my best bet for a cheap stock bore/stroke motor? A few days ago I found a couple shipped for 3500(edit: 2500) with a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. I thought that sounded great, but if there is someone local and more reliable than some company out in NJ I would probably go that way. Thanks guys!

Just looked it up again and it's 2500, not 3500.

Looking for a complete long block. My motor is guzzling oil. I don't know if it's rings or valve seals, but I know after doing head gaskets last year I do not want to yank the heads again to find out which. I was kind of thinking about a Mach/99-01 Cobra motor swap in my 00 GT, but when I realized I could just drop in a stock motor and have money left over to think about an S/C finally.

Contact O'rielly's, I put a reman'd 5.4 in my neighbors van and the engine came hella legit, it had all the torque specs and all the gaskets.
