Hey guys I was wondering what is the price range to bore a 302 .30 over and notched for longer rods?i know i can just call my local machine shop but I was just wondering plus a t-5 to be ran thru and freshened up? Thanks guys

Average is 300 dollars but no machine shop in their right mind is gonna bore it without cleaning it which leads to new cam bearings and more money.

T-5 can be rebuilt 5-750 dollars.

Thanks Dan yeah I figured it would need to get hot tanked and then fresh bearings thrown on but thanks man

Not sure but If I go 306 I would like to be notched for a stroker later on down the road if I change my mind its still up in the air ha

Triple B is 400 the price of doing regular motor work or the name just a little confused thanks ill be looking around this weekend getting numbers on the best deals

dont use the ford racing trans kit. there are very few parts that actually break in it. its kinda a waste of money. pm me for more info on that. i build 3 to 4 transmissions a week when nhra is out of season so ill have some extra parts and or time after pomona on nov 11th.
