Wussup guys, i have a 98 GT and i just upgraded my sound system. (2) 10'' subwoofers rated at 1000w peak each 500rms. I have a 1600w amp pushing these subs. When i play at high volumes my headlights dim and my battery guage surges when the deep notes hit. I just installed a Monster capacitor along with the amp. Do i need a second battery? This battery and alternator for the car are brand new. Thanks in advance for all the help. [ September 13, 2012, 07:46 PM: Message edited by: mrovai ]
