Friend has a 2002 saleen s281 supercharged it starts idles rough and shakes a bit but above 2k rpms it runs and drive fine it shows 5 codes all lean codes and one 02 sensor code stating the 02s are switched car was running great prior and all of this happened at once

Sounds like it has a vacuum leak. That's what those lean codes usually mean. Un-metered air is entering the engine upstream of the MAF. PCV hose is a common culprit, but I would go ahead and check all the vacuum hoses.

seen them blow the plug out of the back of the intake too. dont forget to check that
