i was wondering if i could put a fuel cell in my 90 hatch and pass smog? if so what fuel cell can i get?

http://www.fuelsafe.com/mustang.htm I believe these pass because there were factory cobra r tanks. Any fuel cell with evap hookups will pass

All you need to do is to connect your vent port on whatever tank assembly to the stock vent valve hose which connects to the canister purge anyways. Its one in the same
