I have a 96 cobra with a termi swap. 96 stock radiator. My temp gauge shows the car is at around 240 when I'm cruising on the freeway. What is the temp suppose to be at on a 03 cobra motor. And does a 03 cobra radiator fit in these cars because I was told by a shop it cannot be done

The radiator should fit and it should be under 220. Those systems are hard to burp all the air out.

Your temp should be between 185-195. You may need to properly "burp" the cooling system. I swapped in a new radiator on my 03 Cobra a few months ago, and had no issues after following the instructions on the link below...

Also, I recommend you get yourself an 03/04 Cobra stock replacement radiator (should fit with very little customization). If you cannot find a used one, Kragen/Oreilly can special order them.
