Just changed the plugs, coils looked good from last tune up. The car seems to be backfiring and sputtering at low rpms. Whenever I come to a stop and start going again it will sputter and or backfire. I can put the pedal to the floor and it wont go anywhere. Any help is appreciated. Seems like this all started after I put new o2 sensors in. All help is welcome, thank you!

Check your spark plug connections did you change them out one by one? Any possibility you might have messed up the firing order?

Just changed fuel filter, fuel pump seems to be operating fine. I can hear it turn on when I turn the key. The o2s are brand new, I checked the routing I did and its perfectly fine. I'm thinking I need to check my timing. Also, I only changed the plugs not the coils. They should be fine, its just weird it only does it if I'm going slow?? Any more suggestions? I'll check the fuel pressure and post the results.

Also, does it matter which o2 is plugged to which connection? Like is there a certain one for the right side and left? Or are they both the same.

Yes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, One is a pre cat reading and one is an after cat reading so if they are backwards the readings will be backwards as well.

called one of my buddies on here about the significance of putting the plugs in the right connection. He says there is no specific side for the plugs. Just plug and go for the o2s. Anyone else have a 2nd opinion?
