So after doin a whole of work to the mustang I turn the car on and realized my brake pedal got really hard and as I press it I can hear air from somewhere so how can I check if my brake booster is bad or where should I look to see if its leaking... By the way I already bled my brakes thinking that was problem.

Take a spray bottle with water in it spray it over the engine but directed no just spray on the intake lol and if the car react then you have a problem where you sprayed

You will need to check and make sure the vacuum line is intact going to the booster. If that is ok which it probably is, you have a leak in the booster diaphram. Once the booster diaphrams start to leak, you will sometimes hear a vacuum type of noise where the booster bolts to the firewall. The booster is supposed to hold vacuum after the engine is turned off ( if the check valve and booster are good).
