Hey I'm posting for a friend, he has some cobra's that seen better days. He was curious to know how much would it cost to get them redipped? How much per wheel and where could he get this done at?

Thanks again guy

Good question also who does it??

"FREE J.SMITH.

Alex Crisp (Lux) aka "Nasty Notch" of Oakland & Vallejo, out of this list of stolen parts has been selling a rare S351 intake and Vortech YS trim with removed serial number, finding out how to fill a TKO, selling a twEECer, and selling MM camber caster plates! He refuses to answer where these parts are now and who he got these parts from. Either Alex is a thief or knows who the thief is.People like Al ruin the hobby and contaminate our community.

UPDATE: Felon Alex Crisp arrested and jailed

UPDATE2: Alex Crisp guilty of armed robbery

if they are pitted and/or the chrome is chipping, get them re-dipped. if they are just dull, or light surface rust get a bag of 000 or 0000 steel whool and scrub at them for a bit. I've restored some nasty looking bumpers and rims to a mirror shine with that stuff.

I don't think they "dip" the wheel like chocolate, lol. At least not cost effectively.

It's going to be an electroplating process. Expect to pay $150-175/wheel when it's all said and done.

It will be more if the wheels have any damage.
