im tryn to replace my balancer on a 5.0 and when i go to take the pulley bolts i couldnt get a socket on there cause the bolt is too close to the pulley wall it has a torx style on the top of the bolt but my torx socket slips any help is appriceated

You mean the four bolts that bolt the pulley on right? Mine have an allen head bolton them,I just boought a set of long allen head sockets.
A cheaper way is to get an allen the size you need the cut the angle side off and then place the staight piece onto a socket that size just make sure its a 6 point.Hopefully this works I dont really think you have torx head bolts what brand is it?

They are torqx cause I can fit mine on there it just slips the shape on the bolt is a star not Allen I have those sockets too they don't fit
