Im planning on doing a 4v swap into my 96 gt...anybody thats done it have any tips? I've done a good bit of research on it, I just need to get the engine and some of the other little parts.

only tip really is reuse your stock engine harness and computer, and get it tuned afterwards, only need to extend a handful of wires for about 4 sensors for it to all plugin.
need cobra throttle body and cruise cables.

if you get a 96-98 4V with the top part of the engine harness you could plug it in to the GT harness, you can use your GT PCM all you would need is a tune. really simple swap. modularfords.com/forums, modular conversions thread has a lot of helpful info.
