so i get in my car at lunch and flip the ac on and air is only coming out of the windshield and floor vents. ac works fine just not coming out of dash vents, this is the same no matter if ac is on or off. this happens when the selector switch is in any position. all fuses seem to be fine is it a bad selector switch? any help would be nice

you've lost vacuum to the divertor valve that adjusts the flapper door.


the source is the firewall in the engine bay near the heater core hoses, check that you have vacuum there.

after that, the vacuum runs under the dash, have fun [Smile]

is was a broken vaccum line on the firewall, thanks
