Does anybody now where the EEC power relay is located on the 89-90 5.0 fox's? If that goes out would that cause the engine to not get any gas? This is frustrating help!?!?!?

on my 91 its on the pass side kick panel,next to the computer.The fuel pump relay is underneath the driver seat.Hope that helps
