The car is lowered on H&R race springs, bilsteins, MM CC plates, bumpsteer kit. I replaced the the driver's side wheel tire three months ago, same thing happened: inner tire ripped. I had it aligned at a shop after I bought the replacement tire, and both sides of the car look exactly the same, slight negative camber, alot of positive caster. No abnormal wear on the other tire.

Before the alignment it had more negative camber and less positive caster. I did notice slight tire chirp when making turns coming from the driver's side tire. Anyone have an idea of what is going on? Any suggestions?

how wide are the tires and what year car?

it looks/sounds like the tire is rubbing on the dust cover boot of your strut when it compresses.

"rolling fenders" is the outside fender lip, would have zero benefit on this guys car.

I think it's rubbing the strut dust boot, but you should jack the front up and take the tires off and inspect inside the wheel well for signs of rubbing.

The guys at the tire shop said it was too much "toe out" on that side and was probably causing alot of heat, causing the tire to fail. I'm gonna go find an alignment shop and try to get this fixed.

hmmm, interesting. It doesn't look like the tires are wearing unevenly. Looks like they are getting cut. I would do like Blind said and jack the fucker up and take a look for clearance issues.
