Author Topic: Can I remove the front cover and H20 pump without separating them? tjnsr ¯ Member # 7568 posted                              Have to remove the front cover to get to the cam. I know it's possible to leave them together, but will it leak if I do it? I'd like to leave it as a unit because I'm trying to save some time and work. Anyone done this? I hate scraping gaskets! But i use rtv on both sides of the gasket to hold it in place and seal some.
