Hi All,

Iam building the suspension in my 87 5.0 right now so iam looking into getting lower and upper control arms and wanted some input. The car is not DD and it will be Drag Raced, right now its looking like MM extreme duty lowers and FRPP uppers what you think? Suggestions?

MM uppers are Ford HD uppers. What you listed there are good parts.

If you only drag race the car then boxed uppers are fine. If you ever want to hang a corner don't buy boxed uppers.

You need adjustable arms. Theres really no reason to "upgrade" if you cant set your pinion and center of gravity.

but along with adjustability of the pinion isnt there a huge "i might fuck shit up factor" if not adjusted properly?
