on a 92 motor bay harness i was wonder if ant body knows alot about it because right behind tha manifold there are to plugs that go on right another to tha fuel injetors and was wondering if i can elminate one of tha set of plugs or there needs to be 2

Are you talking about the short (about 5") jumper harnesses between each of the two large connectors on the rear of the intake ?
These were added by Ford to prevent the connectors from pulling and making a bad connection. They realized the harness connections were too short and this was a quick fix. I would recomment leaving them in BUT they can be removed.
