Okay it seems that now that I made another long trip the car has seemed to pick-up another vibration but this time it's the complete opposite..The last time on the way home from the last APEX meet, I had a vibration (more of a shake) from the U-joints only when the car was under load. Now it seems that something in the rear is vibrating a shit load. It's only when there is NO load, like in nuetral or when I push in the clutch at around 55mph or faster. Any ideas? It does vibrate a little to notice also while in gear but not anywhere near as bad in nuetral.
Remember that this is nothing like when the U-joints went out, more of a vibration from the rear...

Can you feel it through the seat while your driving, or do you just hear it like it's coming from the rear of the car?
