if a 87-93 mustang has a dent in the quater panel does it have to be replaced or can they cut the dent out and weld in a piece of sheet metal. and if a door has a dent in it does it need to be replaced

pull the dent out and use alittle filler

You only use sheet metal when there is rust holes.
