Answer to your question, tho, is yes. Don't expect the wire colors to match up, and you may want to invest in a Helms wiring manual if you can find one.

you can make it work. Don't know if everything will connect 100% (especially with the dash stuff) but the right wires will be there.

no, they are quite different!
91 is unfortunately the unique year, `93 is the other.
your `93 harness has the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment on the EEC harness, while <`92's they are under the drivers seat.
BIG headaches if you go that route without having a `91 5.0 engine harness to begin with, they're pretty hard to find.
you could always change out every harness in the car, but what fun is that?
