Any recommendations on a place here in Sac where I can get duals for my '01 F150 SuperCrew 4x for a reasonable price?

Thanx!

FM 50s seem to be the standard. I have heard from a few people that you hear the drone in the cab at highway speeds.

I want something that will give me that good, low rumble outside, without being to annoying on the inside.

I have heard good things about Ravins, Bassinis and Magnaflows.

FM 50s would be OK if nothing else is reasonable.

flowmasters will drone.

the best exhaust setup I had on any of my trucks was a hooker aerochamber muffler welded in with stock exhaust piping, but if you're going duals then you'll want to replace the piping behind the muffler anyways. Dont go larger than dual 2.5" piping or you'll lose some power

I would go with magnaflow or bassani, magnaflow is cheaper by a little bit.

I know my 5.4L has got a lot of rumble in it... and I want to let it out!

So, back to the original... anyone know of maybe a small shop in the Sac area that can do something like this for a good deal?

CASH of course.

Got desperate and just needed it done. This local garage that has treated me well recommended West Coast Mufflers which is pretty north on Auburn Blvd. Got Magnaflows done. Quick and painless.
$307 with tax. I am pretty happy with the sound so far. Not loud inside, but a nice rumble outside.
