I bought a car with a really strong motor in... When I popped the heads off they had larger then usual Exhaust Valves and the heads were ported on the exhaust side... The came with 1.72 Stud mount rockers on them.... They have a casting number E5AE.... Are these anything special??? Car runs really strong with the bolt ons it had on it... It was a 91 5.0... Just seeing if anyone knows where whats up with these heads?

those heads came stock on 85 mustangs only, and have big combustion chambers somewhere around 67-70ccs i believe.

are there any aftermarket stampings on the valves?
the castings are nothing special but they could have had nice port work good valves and larger ones along with a nice valve job
