Well This is the problem;

I turn my car on... warm it up... and drive it around but after a while it revs up to 2k (when its on neutral) Once i put it on gear it goes away???? can anyone help me out?

Sounds like you have a hanging idle. Try adjusting your TPS sensor and cleaning your IAC.
