Can i take my tilting steering wheel with no airbag out of my lx sportline and and put in an lx hatch with currently has no tilt and an airbag. Would it be a direct replacment, any modification?

It should directly bolt in...Let us know what you find out, because I was planning, in the future, on doing the same thing....

lol, i did the opposite, i took my NON-tilt wheel w/airbag from my vert, and put it in my notch, which had tilt wheel.

Yes, I believe you can. Remember to hook up the crash sensors.
